Physical Infrastructure Design Unit (PIDU) 

Based in Colombo, Sri Lanka, the UNOPS Physical Infrastructure Design Unit (PIDU) provides professional, cost-effective and timely design and project documentation services to United Nations and other clients worldwide on a cost-recovery basis.

PIDU has a multidisciplinary team of 30 personnel including architects; civil, mechanical and structural engineers; and quantity surveyors. These experts deliver results in challenging environments worldwide, including post-conflict and post-disaster settings, and desert, tropical and sub-tropical climates.
