 Effective 1 January 2008 UNDP and UNOPS have consolidated the business operations of UNDP/IAPSO in order to strengthen the procurement capacities of the UN system. 
 
 UNOPS has assumed IAPSO's operations of UNWebbuy and United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM) websites and services.
