Rule 5 of the Executive Board rules of procedure provides that official documentation relating to items on the provisional agenda of an Executive Board session shall be available in the official languages of the United Nations (Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian and Spanish) at least six weeks before the start of the session.

The documentation is in English, French and Spanish. Versions in all six official languages can be found on the Official Documents of the United Nations System website.
