I love working for an international organization - it´s amazing to deal with colleagues from other countries and realize that despite cultural differences, we are all united for the same purpose - to help others. Working here is rewarding because I feel that I am able to make a difference and in doing so, I am surrounded by excellent professionals and technicians who also share that desire to excel.

Working on infrastructure and construction projects, we can really see the difference we make - from the planning process through to the delivery of the final product – where once there was empty land, now we see hospitals, schools or parks.

Before joining UNOPS I worked as a resident engineer in the private sector, with the construction of apartments and commercial buildings. Using this same expertise working at UNOPS, it gives me a special feeling, to see all the people whose lives we are able to help improve.

We are encouraged to develop professionally – since joining UNOPS, I have completed both my masters degree, and a postgraduate diploma in environmental management and we are continually training to improve our skills.
