How to Apply

UNOPS advertises job opportunities through the Global Personnel Recruitment System (GPRS), an online recruitment system which helps ensure that our recruitment is efficient, fast and transparent.

The GPRS is designed to simplify and streamline the application process by allowing applicants to:

All vacancies close at midnight Copenhagen (CET) time. UNOPS does not charge a fee at any stage of the recruitment process. For more details, click here.

Getting started

To apply to a vacancy or a roster, please create an account on GPRS. This includes filling in personal information, education, experience, languages, skills and other information. Submitting an application

Once your profile is created, you can apply to specific vacancies or rosters. At this point, you may be asked to fill in further details or upload documents relevant to a particular application. Once you are done, click the ‘Submit application’ button.

Rosters

UNOPS rosters reflect those jobs we most frequently hire for, in our primary areas of work: project management, procurement, finance, human resources and more.

When we need to recruit, we use our roster to identify qualified applicants who will be invited to confirm their availability and interest. If interested, applicants will have the opportunity to submit a specific cover letter, or update their profile with any further qualifications or skills. View rosters

As a United Nations organization, we value diversity: women are particularly encouraged to apply.
