PRINCE2 Foundation Course materials offered at no cost through UNOPS Training Centre

The UNOPS Jerusalem Operations Centre is offering our partners a PRINCE2 Foundation training course, starting in June 2015, at no cost. The course is offered in English and Arabic.

PRINCE2 (Projects IN a Controlled Environment) is a structured project management method based on experience drawn from thousands of projects and from the contributions of countless project sponsors, project managers, project teams, academics, trainers and consultants. Used extensively by the UK Government, PRINCE2 is also widely recognized and used in the private sector, both in the UK and internationally. The PRINCE2 methodology is in the public domain, and offers non-proprietorial best practice guidance on project management.

PRINCE2 focuses on business justification, defined organization structure for the project management team, product-based planning approach, emphasis on dividing the project into manageable and controllable stages, and flexibility that can be applied at a level appropriate to the project.

Candidates wishing to study the PRINCE2 Foundation course should contact trainingcentreJMOC@unops.org, providing their name, email address, name of the organization they belong to and the preferred language of study.
