At the 4th International Conference on Financing for Development (FfD4), held from 30 June – 3 July 2025 in Seville, Spain, the UNOPS family will join representatives from governments, the UN, international and regional organizations, financial and trade institutions, business, and civil society to foster stronger international cooperation on development financing.

During the conference, we’ll host and contribute to a range of high-level discussions, technical forums and other side events – covering a range of topics including climate finance, resilient infrastructure and sustainable public procurement.

At FfD4, UNOPS is committed to driving practical solutions for financing sustainable development. Our participation underscores the critical need to unlock greater capital and reform the international financial architecture to achieve the SDGs, particularly through resilient infrastructure and scaled climate finance. We believe that by strengthening national institutions and increasing efficiency in public procurement, we can effectively bridge the implementation gap and ensure every investment reaches those who need it most.
