Through our work with partners across a range of sectors – from aid and development, to the private and not-for-profit sectors – we leverage our extensive networks and geographical spread to promote social standards and capacity building – and provide a multiplier effect on social protection in the communities we serve.

Supporting healthcare in MaldivesIn Maldives, UNOPS partnered with the Islamic Development Bank to deliver state-of-the-art medical drones that are helping the country enhance its healthcare services.

Bolstering local governance in SerbiaFunded by the government of Switzerland and implemented by UNOPS and other UN partners, the PRO Programme is strengthening the capacity of local governments, promoting economic empowerment and improving access to essential services for vulnerable groups.
