Supporting sustainable development From technology and grant management services to special initiatives spanning 125 countries, UNOPS provides a range of services for global sustainable development programmes to the UN Secretariat and other partners. -
Enhancing peace and security UNOPS works with partners to implement explosive threat management projects, programmes and portfolios of every size, laying the foundations for peace and sustainable development. -

Sustainability is at the core of our approach. Through our fund management work, UNOPS is committed to fostering national ownership and strengthening the capacity of local implementing partners.
Our work includes:
Managing some of the largest development funds in Myanmar;
Administering more than 200 grants on behalf of the Green Climate Fund to delivery partners around the world;
Managing country and sub-regional health programmes for the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria.
