A dual national of France and Morocco, Mr. Azzouzi joined UNOPS from Cezane Partners, a management consulting company he founded in 2013. He also concurrently served as an advisor to the NGO Legacy International. Previously Mr. Azzouzi worked as CFO for Transcom Worldwide, a global customer experience company specializing in business process outsourcing, and customer acquisition and retention.

Mr. Azzouzi brings a broad range of experience to UNOPS, having held senior roles over the past 30 years with publicly listed companies in the information technology and banking services sectors, as well as holding senior-level strategic and financial consulting roles in Europe, North America, North Africa and Asia. 

Over the past ten years, Mr. Azzouzi held CFO roles with LINEDATA, a French-listed global solution provider to the financial industry and Assystem Group, an engineering consulting company listed in Paris.

Mr. Azzouzi is a Chartered Accountant and is fluent in French and English, and conversational in Arabic and German. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a degree from EMLYON Business School.
