The United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS)

Europe

Throughout Eastern Europe, the Western Balkans, South Caucasus and Central Asia, UNOPS works closely with governments, local authorities and communities to help our partners achieve their development goals.

From improving access to health, to supporting climate action, UNOPS is helping to accelerate progress on all 17 Sustainable Development Goals across 11 countries in the region. UNOPS also provides active support to the United Nations and other partners to meet the needs of the most vulnerable and to respond to humanitarian crises and emergencies, including in fragile and conflict areas.

From the regional office in Geneva, UNOPS also delivers global programmes that operate in more than 140 countries – managing trust funds, hosting global partnerships, providing technical and management advisory services, as well as operational services for global partners and multi-stakeholder initiatives.
