From delivering infrastructure in fragile settings to supporting partners through the entire lifecycle of projects, collaboration sits at the heart of everything UNOPS does. Results from UNOPS 2026 global partner survey confirms that this approach is highly valued and that UNOPS is increasingly considered a trusted partner in turning needs and ambition into tangible results.

To better understand how it can support partners, UNOPS conducts a global survey every two years. The 2026 edition, carried out independently by Deloitte, gathered feedback from more than 850 partners across nearly 150 countries and territories. The findings point to a clear and consistent trend: Confidence in UNOPS is rising, with strong results across satisfaction, trust and performance.

At a time when the value of multilateral cooperation is being questioned, our shared responsibility is to demonstrate that it works effectively and that it delivers results for people who need them most.

We charge a minimum management fee to cover oversight and institutional costs at just ~4% on average – one of the lowest, if not the lowest, average fees across the UN.

Consistent delivery

The survey highlights strong and growing partner confidence in UNOPS. 85 per cent of partners report being satisfied with UNOPS services, while a similar share say they would recommend the organization to others. Trust in UNOPS remains high at 87 per cent, underlining the strength of long-term relationships delivering results across diverse contexts.

Partnership is where impact begins. These results show that our partners value not only what we deliver, but how we work. We listen, adapt and stay focused on what matters most, even in the most challenging contexts.

Partners consistently highlight UNOPS solutions-oriented approach and responsiveness as key strengths, with nearly nine in ten recognizing its ability to listen and respond quickly to their needs. This combination of technical expertise and a strong service mindset continues to define how UNOPS works across complex environments.

The survey also reinforces UNOPS role as a reliable implementation partner where it is needed most. In fragile and conflict-affected settings, as well as Small Island Developing States, satisfaction levels have increased compared to previous years. Overall, 84 per cent of partners value the quality of UNOPS services, while 77 per cent are satisfied with timely project delivery. Recognition of cost-effectiveness has also grown, reaching 74 per cent.

A roadmap to scale impact through integration

Beyond delivery, partners increasingly see UNOPS as contributing to broader global goals. More than eight in ten respondents consider UNOPS an effective partner in driving progress on the Sustainable Development Goals, reflecting its role in translating plans into tangible results through infrastructure, procurement and project management.

At the same time, expectations are evolving. Over half of respondents, 55 per cent, believe UNOPS should move beyond standalone services toward more integrated, end-to-end solutions. This points to growing demand for approaches that bring together different areas of expertise to address complex challenges in a more connected and efficient way.

A roadmap for continuous improvement

These insights offer both validation and direction. While the survey reflects strong performance and growing confidence, it also highlights opportunities for UNOPS to evolve further. By building on this feedback, the organization aims to strengthen its partnerships and continue delivering practical, reliable support where it is needed most.
